OX212 · Updated 14 October 2026
Terms of use
These terms explain what OX212 is, what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. We wrote them to be understood. By creating your access or continuing to use OX212 you accept them.
1. Who we are
OX212 is a product of Proxima Creative Co. LLC, a limited liability company formed in New Mexico (United States). In these terms, "OX212", "we" and "our" refer to that company. You can write to us at access@ox212.com.
2. What OX212 is
OX212 is a behavioral risk system for traders. Its job is to help you trade according to your own plan:
- it reads your trades and account state from the platforms you connect or the files you import;
- it compares them with the limits you set (daily loss, risk per trade, number of trades, cooldowns…);
- it shows you readings, alerts and forecasts about your behavior, and answers you through OX, its assistant;
- if you expressly authorise it, account by account, it can pause your trading (explained in section 7);
- it keeps a sealed record of every intervention so you can later check what happened and when.
3. What OX212 is not
OX212 does not predict the market. It predicts the trader.
- It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
- It is not a broker or a market, and it does not manage your money. Your funds always stay with your broker or prop firm.
- It does not open trades for you. The only actions it can take on your account are the protective ones you authorise.
- It does not guarantee results. Trading financial markets involves risk of loss, and decisions are always yours.
4. New features
Some features carry a "beta" label: they work, but they may change or improve with your feedback. We will say so in the feature itself.
5. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to accept these terms.
- The information you give us must be true and up to date.
- Your access is personal: do not share it. Keep your password safe and tell us straight away if you think someone has signed in without permission.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account, unless it is caused by a failure on our side.
6. Connections with your platforms
You can connect platforms and brokers such as NinjaTrader, Tradovate or MetaTrader, or import your history from a file. We use their official routes (platform authorisation, add-ons or expert advisors you install yourself) and only access what you authorise. You can disconnect any platform at any time, except during a Firm mode lock (see §7a).
Your broker, platform and prop firm have their own rules. It is up to you to check that using OX212 with them is allowed (for example, the use of automated tools) and to respect their conditions. Some platforms offer their own locks that only the firm can lift; we will tell you when that is the case.
7. Pausing your trading
Pausing is OX212’s most sensitive feature. It only works with your express permission, account by account, and you can withdraw it from Connectivity. If Firm mode is on and a lock is in progress, you can withdraw it as soon as that lock ends (see §7a). It is available on simulation, evaluation and funded accounts and, where your platform allows it, on live-money accounts. Each permission is recorded with the version of the text you accepted. OX212 never opens trades and never relaxes the limits of your broker or your firm: it only adds the ones you choose.
When a pause is triggered, either because you ask for it or because one of your rules is met, OX212 may cancel your pending orders, close your open positions at the price available at that moment and block new orders for the time you chose.
You should know that:
- the pause depends on your platform being open and connected, on your internet connection and on your platform and broker working; it may therefore not execute, execute late or only partly;
- closing positions at market may cause a loss or slippage, or prevent a later gain;
- a pause does not protect you from every risk and does not replace your own control or the limits of your broker or firm.
You accept these risks when you enable pausing. We are not responsible for the market outcome of a pause, nor for a pause not executing for the reasons above.
7a. Firm mode (optional)
A commitment to yourself, chosen in a calm moment, account by account, so that in a bad moment it is harder to skip your own pauses.
- Lifting a lock early: you wait the time you chose (5, 15 or 30 minutes) and read the sentence you wrote. You can then lift it during the following hour.
- While a lock lasts, you cannot:
- switch Firm mode off or soften it;
- withdraw or lower the pause permission;
- disconnect the computer or the platform;
- re-link the same computer.
- All of that is available again as soon as the lock ends or you lift it after the wait. A lock never lasts more than 24 hours.
- Outside a lock, you can switch Firm mode off at any time.
- Every attempt is recorded so you can review it later.
- Firm mode never holds back:
- your health permission;
- cancelling your plan, the guarantee or the right of withdrawal;
- your data rights;
- writing to us.
If you ask us to delete your account during a lock, we delete it as soon as the lock in progress ends (at most 24 hours). If you cancel your plan during a lock, the lock continues until it ends.
- Your broker or your firm still controls your account on its platform. Firm mode only acts on what OX212 does for you.
8. Health data (optional)
If you want, you can connect your watch or band so that OX212 takes your sleep, your recovery (heart rate variability, overnight heart rate), your activity or your heart rate into account in your readings. Available connections are Google (Fitbit and Pixel Watch) and Polar. We only read; we never write to your account. It is optional, requires a separate consent and you can withdraw it at any time. OX212 is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. When a reading uses Polar data, we will say so.
9. Sealed records
Every intervention is recorded with a cryptographic fingerprint chained to the previous ones, so anyone can check the record has not been altered. These records reflect what our systems saw and did at the time; they are useful evidence, but not an official document or a third-party certification.
10. OX and generated content
OX and some readings are generated automatically, partly with artificial intelligence models. They may contain mistakes or miss part of your situation. Use them to support your thinking, never as an order or as advice.
11. Acceptable use
You may not:
- copy, decompile or try to obtain the code of OX212, except where the law allows it;
- access data or accounts that are not yours, or try to bypass security controls or usage limits;
- use OX212 for unlawful purposes, to harm others or to overload the service;
- resell or offer OX212 to third parties without a written agreement with us.
12. Yours and ours
Your data is yours. You allow us to use it only to provide the service, keep it secure and improve it, as explained in the Privacy policy. OX212, its brand, design, texts and software are ours. If you send us suggestions, we may use them freely without owing you anything for them.
13. Plans and prices
- Before paying you see the plan, the price for your region, whether it includes tax, and how often you are charged (monthly or yearly).
- Prices may vary by country. To prevent abuse, we may check your country against your card and billing address.
- If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance and you can cancel before it applies.
13a. Payments
- Payments are handled by Link, a Stripe company (Sold through Link, LLC), which acts as the seller to you (merchant of record). It appears on your charge and invoice, calculates and collects the taxes of your country, and its purchase terms also apply.
- We never see or store your card details.
- Your invoices and receipts arrive by email and are available in the billing portal of your account.
13b. Renewal and cancellation
- Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your account, in two steps and without calling anyone. You keep access until the end of the paid period and you will not be charged again.
- Yearly plan: we email you between 15 and 30 days before each renewal.
- Yearly plan after the 14-day guarantee: the first year is not refundable. If your yearly plan renews and you then cancel, we refund the full months remaining.
- Changing plans:
- upgrades apply immediately and you pay only the prorated difference;
- downgrades apply from the start of the next period.
13c. 14-day guarantee
- If OX212 is not for you, we refund your first payment in full, monthly or yearly, if you ask within 14 days. You do not need to give a reason.
- How: from your account or by writing to access@ox212.com.
- Refund: to the same payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Your plan ends at that moment.
- The guarantee applies once per person. We may refuse it if someone tries to use it several times with different accounts or emails.
13d. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU and the UK)
- You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of signing up, without giving any reason.
- By starting to use OX212 within that period, you ask us to start the service immediately. If you withdraw after using it and the guarantee no longer applies, we refund what you paid minus the proportion for the time used.
- If the guarantee is still available, we apply it and you get your full payment back.
- How to withdraw: write to access@ox212.com or use this model:
"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the OX212 service signed up on [date], in the name of [name], account email [email]. Date and signature (if on paper)."
13e. Firms, academies and mentors
If you access OX212 through a funded-trading firm, a broker, an academy or a mentor, their agreement with us may give you different terms, which you will see before accepting. That organisation only sees what you expressly authorise, and you can withdraw it at any time. What a firm sees is used only for what you accepted.
Pauses requested by your firm. If you allow it, a firm with which you hold an account can ask OX212 to pause that account (§7). It is a separate permission, account by account, that you can withdraw. We notify you of each pause, who requested it and why, and it is sealed. The decision to pause is the firm's; OX212 only carries it out.
13f. API and agents
- You can create keys so that your own programs or AI agents can read your status in OX212.
- By default, keys are read-only. You are responsible for what the agents you authorise do.
- You can revoke a key at any time.
- Reasonable usage limits apply. Business access and pay-per-call have their own terms.
13g. Affiliates
If someone recommends OX212 to you and is paid for it, you will see it disclosed. Our affiliate programme has its own terms and forbids promising profits.
14. Availability
We do our best for OX212 to work well and without interruptions, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. We may change, improve or remove features.
15. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or opportunities, or indirect damages arising from the use of OX212. Our total liability to you for any cause is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months or, if you paid nothing, to one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
Nothing above limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor the rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
16. Leaving and suspension
You can download your data or delete your account yourself from Settings › Security and privacy, or by writing to access@ox212.com. If you delete your account, your plan is cancelled immediately and you will not be charged again. We only refund money you are owed under the 14-day guarantee, the right of withdrawal or the full remaining months of a renewed yearly plan (§13b–13d); in that case we refund it to the same payment method within 14 days. If Firm mode is on and a lock is in progress, the deletion happens when it ends (§7a).
You can stop using OX212 whenever you like and ask us to delete your account by writing to access@ox212.com (if a Firm mode lock is in progress, we delete it as soon as it ends, within 24 hours at most). We may suspend or close your access if you breach these terms, if the law requires it or if it is needed to protect other users or the service; where possible, we will tell you beforehand and explain why.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (United States). If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country and may go to its courts.
18. Changes to these terms
Each version is dated. If we make an important change we will tell you and ask you to accept it again before you keep using OX212.
19. Contact
For any question about these terms, write to access@ox212.com.
